What this service is

Hardenvo is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. Hardenvo generates and keeps security documents from the facts you enter. It is not legal advice, not insurance advice and not a security audit: whether a policy satisfies a law, a regulator, an insurer or a standard is a question for your adviser, and the documents say so on their face.

How we are paid

You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Hardenvo Pro, sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd, the entity named on your Stripe receipt. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account. It renews monthly until cancelled, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and your records stay exportable for 90 days after.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Hardenvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Hardenvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The sheets compute the arithmetic stated beside each figure from the inputs you enter. We warrant the arithmetic, not your inputs and not the judgement calls, the coverage ratios and the hourly figures, which are yours.
