Hardenvo is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the policy, plan and review records you choose to store. The free sheets compute in your browser and send nothing anywhere: we do not receive the figures typed into them unless they are saved to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lead buyers, security vendors, resellers or advertising networks. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never reach Hardenvo. Email is delivered by our email provider. Where you store your own records with us they stay yours, are shown to nobody else, and export or delete on request.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@hardenvo.com. We respond within one month.
